I love it when people have phone conversations about you in the same room, like you're not even there. I like how they proceed to criticize every possible thing about you, while acting like you can't hear them. Or maybe that is the point.
It's also nice when they start setting the relatives on you, too, in hopes of building their army. It's like I'm trapped in some sort of Asian mafia. Without the interesting crime. Or something.
I'm taking suggestions on how to motivate little children to practice piano. Anyone? Dangle candy in front of them? Light the bench on fire? Stand on the piano with a rod of justice?
Today at work, I was contemplating how the Hellsing anime would be better. And how little kids were incurably stupid. The two are not related (I hope). Anyway, I think what Hellsing needed was more blood. Much, much more blood. Where's the gratuitous gore and floods of hemoglobin that populates the manga? People are getting limbs ripped off, and there's nothing to be seen. Anderson gets shot in the head, and it just looks like someone put a cigarette out on his forehead. I'm not asking for Beserk-like fountains of blood. One just expects more from a show about vampires.
Plus, Anderson without any blood is too creepily reminiscent of a moving life-size mannikin (if you knock off the arms, you can just screw 'em back on!).
Oh, I also had a dream where the IRA was sending teenagers to gas me in my house.
